HP iPaq 910

We saw the HP iPaq 910 announced and now thanks to Brighthand we have a price and a date: June 30th, $500. The 910 looks like an awfully sweet device, what with Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro, a 416mHz processor, 128 RAM, 256 ROM, Quad-band EDGE and Tri-band 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3 megapixel camera. So nice, in fact, that although we doubt AT&T will pick it up we secretly hope that rumors to the contrary are true.

The best thing about the HP910 is that it serves to fill a slot in the US that's currently only occupied by one (carrier-supported) device. The slot: A front-facing QWERTY-keyboard WinMo device with a touchscreen on AT&T's network. The device: the old and tottering Treo 750. (Yes, we know about the Samsung i780 and no, we're not interested). While we hope that Palm can get their act together and release the Treo 850 this summer, if they don't this iPaq could steal a bit of their thunder.

Anybody else think that keyboard bears a striking resemblance to the one on the Motorola Q9h?

This seems like a great treo 750 or moto Q9H replacement. It has wi-fi and a huge battery 1940 mAh. Plz AT&T pick this thing up.
Wow,,,, we have a ton of great devices popping up all over the place. Is my computer stretching out this device or does it look like it has a 240X320 screen?
Love the fact that its a pro device, love the battery size, HATE the screen res...320x240 is getting old.
Nah, the keyboard looks a lot better than the one on my Motorola Q9h. It has a seperate comma button!

Easily the biggest design flaw of the Q9h's keyboard.

Commas are probably the most used of all punctuation in the english written language after periods.

What "genius" decided you should have to use the function key to access it?!?!?!
nice looking device with great specs..I wonder if it will be narrower than the Q9h and what size it is overall?

Probably the same person who designed the Ubiquio 503G. Period and comma need the function key!
