When Windows Mobile owners eat, we eat! A lot of times the food is greasy and gets all over our hands. Can you imagine touching your screen like that? Neither could we so that’s why some of us actually do prefer a stylus at times. For a while we here at WMExperts have been pretty focused on text input methods that are thumb-able like TouchPAL, we understand there are still folks out there who prefer the stylus for greasy meals. For those stylirati, there's a new input method that might be of interest, SlideIT.
SlideIT is a new speedy and intuitive way to write text on touch screen enabled devices. It allows those stylus users to master the input method in various ways. No longer are we restricted to screen taps. With SlideIT we can now use graffiti, tapping with prediction, and sliding the stylus across the letters to create words. In order to get started you will obviously need a touch screen, PocketPC2003, Windows Mobile 5.0, or Windows mobile 6.0. Supported screens include 320x240, 240x240, 480x640 and 480x480. SlideIT pretty much has you covered if you have one of the popular Windows Mobile devices.
