Over at Sprint Users, r0fl has scored some promotional images of the Sprint Diamond. As we suspected, it does have the same flat back as the Telus Diamond, but it looks a whole lot sexier in red. Specs and whatnot are still expected to match that Telus version as well:

  • 101mm x 51mm x 14mm
  • EVDO Rev A
  • WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0
  • 640 x 480 Touchscreen
  • Qualcomm MSM 7510A Processor running at 528MHz
  • 256 ROM, 256 RAM, 4 Gigs internal (no expansion)
  • Opera 9.5 for the broswer
  • 3.2 megapixel cameral
  • 1340 mAh battery

...Seems like a safe bet this will be the first Diamond to hit the US, hopefully soon! Thanks to BubbaTex for the tip!

Looks good, but I am not really into the red. To me, red = Verizon (for some silly reason). Maybe they will have optional colors?? But, I am certainly looking forward to seeing this phone in person.
I am so getting this phone on day one regardless of color I'm sure the back can be changed OEM or I've just get a Telus backcover lol.
Nice! But I still want it in Black!
black black black black!
I am holding out 4 weeks later for the Pro! I on the edge of my seat to get my hands on that one!! If there offer pre-orders, I will be among the first to place one.

Nice gadget,
