If you're not already using an RSS reader on your Windows Mobile phone, you're really missing out. Even with the best browser out there, you're still visiting each page individually, hunting around the page for the content you're actually looking for. RSS is much more efficient - you just pick the sites you want to follow, subscribe to their RSS feeds (here's ours!), and the headlines and stories get synced to your device. Just the content you want, none of the extra fluff.
To get started learning about RSS, check out our How To article: “Learn Mobile RSS and Why It Matters.” Then go take a look at Viigo, an RSS reader for Windows Mobile that's free and a quality product. They were at the Mobile World Congress this past week (Viigo's MWC Press Release) showing sneak previews of “Project Tango.” Since we weren't in Spain, we don't have the full skinny, but from the teaser photo at right it certainly looks like there's going to be podcast support.
Why would you care about podcast support on your Windows Mobile phone? Stay tuned... Wink wink, nudge nudge!
