WMExperts Prize-A-Day, Day 12

The review sounds good - I like the fact that it plays all media types - and less conversion will be needed. However, what is the battery drain like using this program compared to others?

I'm working at home most of the time, so I'm usually not listening to music out while I stroll with the phone. I don't have another (worthy) music device, but with the 700wx (new for me), I'm definitely looking forward to using it with music.


Here's the thing I'm really interested in, though.. streaming internet radio! I'm a long-time fan of www.WOXY.com and that's almost all I listen to whenever I can stream... I'm sure that's why I don't spend much time worrying about MP3 players and the like. Now that I have unlimited data access on a portable device, THAT'S what I want to do for my music solution! :)


So far, I hadn't quite figured out how to get their stream going, since the WMP-capable stream is aacPlus, and needs a plugin for WMP. Can I do that??!? I'm hoping to find a much better streaming option, since aacPlus ROCKS... very small data stream with fantastic quality. Go check out WOXY and see for yourself!

I usually use my Sansa e280R with a Rhapsody subscription, though recently I have taken to loading some tracks onto my Samsung i730 simply for the convenience!
