If for some reason seeing pictures of the HP iPAQ K3 Obsidian with AT&T branding wasn't enough to convince you that some fresh Windows Mobile Standard fare was on its way, let us present Exhibit B. Straight from the Federal Communications Commission (you guys rock!) comes the latest proof.
