Above, a quick video demoing the Redfly with Windows Mobile Standard / non-touchscreen. Since we told you that there was expanded compatibility, we figured we'd show you how it works with non-touchscreen devices. Short version: pretty darn well, but there are a few quibbles here and there.

I don't know if that's something you're interested in, but if you want weather on the homescreen, you should look into the NRG MiniWeather as a new panel.
I assume you don't have the Skyfire beta to test that on the bigger screen?
Finally, one little thing I thought I'd point out is that at least on the WM6.1 q9c, you can turn off the recent programs screen in the homescreen settings page if you want.
All in all, it seems like a very interesting device. I'm not sure that even at $400 I'm willing to buy one, but I definitely do like the idea of not having to sync files from my phone to a laptop and vice versa. I kind of figured that the mouse would be basically useless on WM Standard as well, not much they can do about that though. I think in general though that this is a concept that is better suited for future devices and probably a future version of WM. While it's good for very specific applications now, I think with more powerful devices and maybe a more desktop-scalable version of WM, then it could be great.
