SkyFire is still technically in private beta, though most of the hardcore folks out there jonsesing for proxy-based, full-web-page, YouTube-supported browsing have managed to finagle their way into the program. If you haven't, take heart, as SkyFire just announced they've pulled in $13 million in capital to “facilitate international rollout of Skyfire.” So theoretically, public availability should be coming soon.

Pricing is still, as yet, unknown, but we're starting to get a “free with ads” feeling from this puppy. Otherwise, $13 million should help run those proxy servers for a at least a couple of days, right?

If you've missed seeing SkyFire, we tossed Nick's video of the browser up top, take a peek.
