Skype 3.0 for Windows Mobile

Don't tell AT&T or the upcoming Windows Marketplace, but Skype 3.0 is out of beta and ready for download. [via downloadsquad] Version 3.0 added the ability to sent texts and files, and that's still a go with this official release, along with all the VOIP goodness you're used to.

Get your download on here, or download the CAB file directly to your phone here.

Finding the CAB link on the site was impossible, so I shortened the direct URL to the CAB http://tr.im/qie3
Careful though, it's 10Mbs.

When is "Unlimited Calling*" not "Unlimited" is when Skype places an "*" next to the word "Unlimited" and then has a footnote: Turns out that "Unlimited" to Skype means 10,000 Minutes a month, 6 hours a day, 50 numbers a day.Not what I or anyone else would call "Unlimited"

I have included their Policy below.

Fair Usage Policy

Calls to phones and mobiles and Skype To Go* calls are included in your subscription subject to a fair usage limit of 10,000 minutes per user per month, with a maximum of 6 hours per day. Also, no more than 50 different numbers in total can be called per day. If your subscription includes more than one country, then this is the total amount of minutes allowed per month on your account, and is not a separate limit for each country.

Once these limits are exceeded Skype will charge normal rates and a connection fee for any additional minutes used. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Each subscription is to be used by one person only and is not to be shared with any other user (whether via a PBX, call centre, computer or any other means).
