Sprint Treo Pro - March 15 next target to miss

We knew that Sprint had delayed the release of the Treo Pro until the end of February, but we are now learning that the delay will last a little longer. The Boy Genius Report now says Sprint has now targeted March 15 for the release of the Treo Pro. There's still no indication what is causing these delays and this is a "target" date. Strong rumors have it that the Treo Pro isn't doing so well on Sprint's exit exam, in all likelihood because of that other new Palm device waiting in the wings.

So while you're waiting for March 15 to come (and possibly go), don't forget that in the meantime, we've got your one and only hands-on with the Sprint Treo Pro.

(And thanks, David, for the earlier tip + Anonymous tipster for the Spint Flyer we mashed up above)

Sick & tired of waiting for Sprint Treo Pro that sounded perfect for me & worried about the case cracks. Would have been my 4th Palm device. Current 700p having problems should I move to touch pro?

Case cracks was a different model (GSM). People with the early model of the CDMA Sprint version don't see the cracks. You can see changes in the keyboard as well so there are actually changes in the case and other elements between CDMA and GSM. The paint on my GSM, which has no cracks, was different on the Sprint model in the Best Buy stores. This type of thing is fully covered on warranty for a year anyway. Hope that helps

I'm sick and tired of waiting for this. I've been strung around and lied to by Sprint about this for over 2 months now. I was supposed to have a call with my rep on Sunday at 7pm(she never called) to have it delivered on Monday (it never came). I was also supposed to have unlimited call forwarding (I have an outside voicemailbox) with my "Unlimited EVERYTHING" plan, but apprently that was also an "untruth".

I'm about to cause quite the ruckus if this doesn't get resolved very, very quickly.
